Business services follow, representing 21% of new employment.<br \/>\nAlmost two\u2011thirds of projects involve the creation of new sites, while expansion projects, fewer in number, continue to generate a substantial number of jobs.<br \/>\nA further trend is the rise of projects not immediately linked to job creation, particularly those focused on digitalising production tools or advancing industrial decarbonisation, such as the initiative led by ArcelorMittal in Loz\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h2>European investors lead the way<\/h2>\n<p>Germany stands as the region\u2019s leading investor in 2025, followed by the United Kingdom, which projects account for a particularly significant share of employment.
